Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style, organizational culture, and use of ICT on teacher performance at SDIT Al Bina Tomoni, East Luwu RegencyUsing exploratory research with quantitative approach, Likert scale to measure variables. This study took a random sample of 50 teachers using the Slovin formula. Collecting data using a questionnaire and analyzing it using multiple regression. Some of the research variables used include the leadership style of a school principal (XI), organizational culture (X2), and the use of ICT (X3), as well as the performance of teachers (Y). The results of this study indicate that: (1) the principal's leadership style variable affects the performance of the teachers at SDIT Al Bina Tomoni, East Luwu Regency; (2) organizational culture variables have an influence on teacher performance at SDIT Al Bina Tomoni, East Luwu Regency; and (3) the use of ICT has an influence on teacher performance at SDIT Al Bina Tomoni, East Luwu Regency; (4) the variables of the principal's leadership style and the culture of the organization have a simultaneous influence on the performance of SDIT Al Bina Tomoni teachers in East Luwu district; (5) simultaneously the cultural variables of the organization and the use of ICT have an influence on the performance of teachers at SDIT Al Bina Tomoni, East Luwu district; (6) simultaneously the leadership style of the principal, the existing organizational culture and the use of ICT affect the performance of the teachers of SDIT Al Bina Tomoni, East Luwu district.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to find out the influence of the role of parents as educators and peers on the character of discipline and tolerance. The type of research that researchers use is quantitative research. The result of this stusy shows that Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant influence on the role of parents as educators and peers on the character of discipline and tolerance of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Gugus R.A. Kartini East Metro District. Following are the complete results of data analysis. 1) There is a positive and significant influence on the role of parents as educators on the character of discipline and tolerance of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Gugus R.A. Kartini East Metro District, indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.411 with a variable contribution of 16.89% is in the "Moderate" criteria. 2). There is a positive and significant influence on the role of peers on the character of discipline and tolerance of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Gugus R.A. Kartini, East Metro District, indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.657 with a variable contribution of 43.16% is in the "Strong" criterion. 3). There is a positive and significant influence on the role of parents as educators and the role of peers on the character of discipline and tolerance of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Gugus R.A. Kartini, East Metro District, indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.705 with a variable contribution of 49.70% is in the "Strong" criterion.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how learning modules can be well developed so that learning loss does not occur. Education in Indonesia applies K13; the orientation of the 2013 curriculum is an increase and a balance between attitude competence, skills and knowledge. In other words, the teacher is a facilitator, besides that the teacher must be able to develop the teaching materials used so that students do not feel bored and bored when learning mathematics. The ways that teachers can do to create and develop teaching materials include using an approach in the process of developing teaching materials, which are in accordance with the material to be delivered. One type of teaching material that can be developed by the teacher is a learning module. Research results show that the benefits for students in module development. One of them is to make it easier for students to understand the material, create effective learning and provide meaningful learning for students. The developed learning modules will be more useful and advance education properly to prevent learning loss from occurring.
